Growing up on stolen Yuin land, I have been a lifelong maker - from colouring in the tv with textas to now oil painting and sculpting. I am currently working and living on the lands of the Ngunnawal & Ngambri people. Engaged with the joyful and strange in my response to the world around.
I primarily make sculptural works and paintings, with an occasional print here or there. I like to incorporate textiles (particularly wool fibres) into my practice.
I’m really interested in a cross section of the abstract and the figurative. Taking the real and stretching them into new or unexpected shapes.
